"I bought a 2006 Suzuki M109R in May of 2006. This is the 2nd bike I've purchased from Sportland 2. You will NEVER find nicer people to deal with in this business...PERIOD!! No pressure salesmen(and saleswomen),that are there to answer ANY question about ANY of the machines that they sell. Service is the best!! Well educated mechanics that fix your problems quickly!! Parts guys ROCK!! They got what you need, when you need it!! Well usually!! LOL!! Huge clothing and accessories department. Very clean enviroment with courteous people that treat you like family. A winning crew here folks!! Stop in and see for yourselves!!"

"In Jan. 2007, I purchashed a used 2005 Honda Shadow Aero and came to Sportland2 to purchase accessories. Everyone that I met was very helpful and friendly. I wanted a heavy-duty, classicly styled windshield and an engine guard. The parts dept. steered me towards the exact accessories that I was looking for, and even pointed me towards a less expensive option that was just as good as the pricier one. The parts were in stock, so I made an appointment to have Sportland2 pick up/deliver my bike. I also had purchased some saddlebags on my own and asked if they could be mounted for me when my bike was in. No problem! (The rear turn signals had to be re-located for my type of saddlebags.) Everything was taken care of in the estimated amount of time and my final bill was exactly what they told me it would cost. No surprises. Given the great customer service that I received, I will definitely continue to bring my bike in to Sportland2 for regular maintenance, parts, etc. "

"I recently traded a 2001 Suzuki SV 650S and purchased a 2006 Suzuki GSXR 750 from Sportland 2 and my experience with Moira and the Parts and Accessories Departments was fantastic. Moira went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and welcome right from the start. She even went over and above by assisting me in transporting my old bike to Sportland to trade. After purchasing the new bike I worked with both Parts and Accessories for additional equipment and everyone was very knowledgable and so kind it was wonderful. Although everyone was busy it was great that they all took the time to answer whatever questions I had. The time and attention they gave me even though they were busy was proof that, to Sportland Associates, the customer is number one. Sportland Associates should be proud of the quality job that they do. They demonstrate their commitment and dedication to quality customer service. I tell everyone I know about Sportland and encourage them to go to Sportland FIRST. "

"On Sunday, 08/13/06, I laid my bike down in a low MPH accident. It appeared the handlebars were bent and my clutch lever/mirror housing was bent.
I brought my bike in for a damage estimate on Monday, 08/14/06, as we are leaving town on Saturday for Memphis. The service rep was very helpful and told us he would put a rush on the estimate and on ordering parts in an attempt to get the bike fixed by Saturday. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us.
However, in speaking with Moira and Randy, Randy came out to my bike, looked it over and determined the only thing wrong was my risers were "tweaked" and shifted the handlebars back into position. We then shifted my mirror making it useful once again.
This type of service goes above and beyond my expectations of a sales rep's position. Both Randy and Moira have provided my family (we have now purchased 3 bikes from Sportland)with outstanding customer service. We look forward to doing continued business with Randy, Moira and your company.

"I have to say that my experince with everyone at Sportland2 has been great. I was not a big ticket item buyer, I purchased a Honda Reflex 05. Moira treated me as a customer should be treated she made my sale feel important she answered all my question, gave me enough space to figure out if I wanted to buy, she did all the work with finacing to find the answers for me. "As a female, I felt a little intimidated shopping for my first motorcycle. When I walked into Sportland 2, I was suprised, and pleased, to be greeted by Mora. I am planning to make my purchase in the Spring of 2006, and had visited the website first. I wanted to see the models in person & see what bike I fit on. Mora was very helpful and assured me I am making the right choice. I thought I wanted a larger bike, but was shown the Suzuki GS500F instead. Absolutley PERFECT. Thank you for having honest sales people that welcome new bikers, & point them in the right direction. I will be back in your store this Spring, and plan on bringing some of my friends in too. I had been to other motorcycle stores before, left feeling empty, & treated like I didn't know anything, because I'm a woman! You have a great selection, great staff, and plenty of accessories I will need for my motorcycle class in October. Tell Mora I will definitley see her in March, and thanks for steering me in the right direction! I can hardly wait!"
